What data we process and why

Through the quote request, harvest offer and contact forms we collect the data you provide (name, company, email, phone, region or destination and the details of your request) for the following purposes:

• Replying to your request and preparing a commercial purchase or sales offer.
• Maintaining any business relationship that may be established.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a business relationship is established, for the period required by commercial and tax law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our web hosting and email providers may access it solely to provide their services to us, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@intemabio.com, and withdraw your consent at any time.
